We will instruct your child to wait inside the building and you should escort them from the building to your car. During peak times please know that our parking lot can be crowded. Staff and coaches will assist with double parking as needed.
All students should be picked up promptly after class. For safety reasons, we cannot allow students to wait for more than 10 minutes after class concludes. Siblings not in class cannot remain at gym without adult/guardian.
If you are not able to pick up in time, we can assist you in finding a different day/time for your child's class.
Skill Tracking and Evaluations
Skills for Levels 1-4 are tested every 8 weeks during our school year program (September through June). Students must pass all skills in a level to move up. Evaluations will be offered for those transferring from a different facility, or to former students who wish to re-enroll in a class they have been out of for 6 months or longer. Level 3/4 classes and competitive teams are by invitation only.
Adult Participation
Our tots and toddler classes require adult participation at all times during their class. Adults are not allowed to be on any equipment unless they are assisting a child. Once an athlete reaches the preschool level (ages 3-4) we ask that adults remain in the viewing area.
Siblings and Friends
Siblings and friends of registered students must remain in the viewing area. Students may only participate during the specific class, day, and time they are registered for. Siblings watching class must have guardian supervision.
Babies, toddlers, or younger siblings CANNOT be on the gym floor at any time, unless they are enrolled, and it is currently their regular class time.
Team Locker Area and Stairs
The upstairs loft is for TEAM MEMBERS AND COACHES ONLY. Please keep the stairs free to allow our gymnasts to access their lockers. The stairs are not a safe place to sit or view your child’s class.
Monthly Billing Payments
Class enrollments cannot be refunded. Please let us know before the 1st of each month if you need to drop.
You will receive your monthly bill via email by the 20th of each month, for the following month, to the primary email address on file. Prompt payment secures your child's space in their class. You will receive an email notification immediately if your payment is not received by the 1st. You will receive a call from us if your payment is not received by the 5th. Your child will be dropped from their class if payment is not received by the 8th. We cannot guarantee that space in your child's current class will remain available. We will do our best to provide all available options at the time your payment is received.
MEGA accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. We are currently not accepting Cash or Checks.
For your convenience, MEGA offers autopay. This service holds encrypted credit card information on your family record and automatically processes your monthly payment on the 1st of each month for the following month’s classes.
In order to participate, payment must be made in advance of participation.
Class Make-ups
Makeups are offered only once per month, per enrolled class.
Please note that during some months your child may receive 5 weeks of classes, and you would not need to schedule a makeup class.

Once you drop from your class, you are no longer eligible for makeup classes.
There are no refunds or credits for missing classes. All makeups must be scheduled in advance with staff. All makeups must be used before school year classes end, and cannot be applied to summer camps or classes.
