Restorative yoga focuses on holding passive poses for extended periods, promoting relaxation and reducing stress by engaging the parasympathetic nervous system.

We offer structured gymnastics classes for all ages and skill levels. Our preschool, TK, and kindergarten students grow together throughout the school year in consistent, age-appropriate classes that support development and confidence.
For students ages 6 and up, our leveled program allows gymnasts to progress as they master each set of skills, ensuring a strong foundation and rewarding growth every step of the way.
School Year classes are billed monthly and students can join at any time, with prorated tuition​. Enrollment can be canceled before the 1st of any month.​
