MEGA is the 'afternoon session'

A day of igniting confidence and having fun doing Sophia's wild challenges, learning elite gymnastics drills (for all ages) during the stations, discovering how to utilize artistry for higher scores, and a powerful mindset workshop for parents and kids on how to talk about fears, stay calm in competition, overcome mental blocks, build unstoppable resilience, and discover fire from within!
